Adult Public Programming Mtg: Fall 2020
October 5, 2020
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has likely changed how your library provides public programs for adults. Here is your opportunity to meet with colleagues from libraries in the Southeastern Wisconsin (SEWI) region and share how the pandemic has affected the planning and implementing of public programs for adults in your community, the types of programs and topics that are now popular and needed, how libraries are working to accommodate adults who have technology and other challenges that limit their ability to attend library programs. Share tips you have learned and find out what other libraries are doing and planning for online and socially distanced, in-person public programs.
Register and attend this regional meeting for library staff members who develop and coordinate public programs that are for adults. Share your experiences, tips and ideas. We will be using Zoom Meetings to connect.
This program is sponsored by the Southeastern Wisconsin (SEWI) public library systems: Arrowhead Library System, Bridges Library System, Kenosha County Library System, Lakeshores Library System, Milwaukee County Federated Library System, and Monarch Library System.
