SEWI Library Directors Retreat 2018

Mondays are always the difficult transition into the workweek, so let’s make this one a little more enjoyable. Come for a light meal and connect with other library directors in the region. In the afternoon, learn about the newly revised Wisconsin Public Library Standards, the pilot Standards Project implemented in Monarch Library System, and how member libraries can and are using the project as a strategic plan or as a foundational layer to begin the strategic planning process. There will be time for discussions and sharing to help you think about how your library can use the Standards and your library’s next strategic planning cycle.

Lunch: No cost to you! Lunch will be a soup and salad bar serving two different types of homemade soups, garden salad, cookies, and a selection of beverages.
