Communication in a Positive Workplace

Have you ever wondered why some people love to go to work and others do not?  Most likely, they enjoy the workplace environment—mainly the people that they work with.  So, what is the key to a more positive workplace?  It is positive communication skills.  Join us for an interactive and fun workshop that will help you hone YOUR positive communication skills.

Deb Kneser, (Inspired Trainings)  brings over 30 years of experience in the training field to each of her consulting engagements. She has developed and presented workshops on leadership, management, customer service, interpersonal communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, strengths based leadership, and strategic planning.  Skilled in adult learning, she facilitates lively discussion and learning activities to enhance participants professional and personal growth.
